I was honored to be named Social Worker of the Year in 2024 by the Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers. In my practice, I provide a safe and nurturing environment for individuals facing various challenges and life transitions. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients and empowering them to make intentional changes in their lives. My approach is rooted in the belief that each individual holds the key to creating the positive changes they seek. My practice is strengths-based, trauma-informed, humanistic, and person-centered approach. I place great value on evidence-based treatment. I also offer clinical supervision.
