I am a clinical social worker with over 19 years of experience. I’ve worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced a variety of clinical issues, including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, anger management and self-harm. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques extensively to help clients implement positive change. I am a firm believer in starting where the client is. As we build a therapeutic relationship it is important to focus on the client's goals in an open and safe environment. I believe that all people have the capacity to make positive changes in their lives.
