The journey begins with you. For over 14 years I have assisted individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and terminal illness. I bring a compassionate, mindful and non-judgmental approach to counseling. We will explore the root cause of your discomfort. Together we will engage and explore your goals, thoughts, and feelings. We will look at ways to increase and empower your resourcefulness and positivity while addressing unwanted behaviors and thoughts.
