Hello! I am accepting new clients, both individuals and couples. I'm based in Brooklyn and welcome clients from across the state of New York for telehealth sessions. My core values as a therapist are respect for the individual, collaboration, and supporting healthy change. My style is gentle yet active. I hope we can connect soon! I specialize in perinatal mental health and work with both individuals and couples. I welcome BIPOC and LGBT-identifying clients, single parents, and parents of children with special needs. I practice using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, which offers a non-pathologizing way to understand and face difficulties.
