English | español Life brings change and challenges, sometimes without warning or without our permission. Understandably, these periods can be stressful and frustrating for us and for our families. We do our best to respond to the curveballs that life throws at us in order to move forward. Sometimes, we find that we are not able to push forward as well as we'd like to. You are not alone-- and asking for support is okay. Although we can't stop change from affecting our lives, connecting with a trusted professional to share our story is the first step to regaining control and to letting go of some of that weight on our shoulders. I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults on a wide variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and grief, in both individual and family therapy. I have special training and experience working on issues stemming from trauma, domestic and family violence, racial trauma, and other interpersonal and systemic abuses.
