Hi, great to meet you. I'm an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I have experience working with diverse populations and provide support for both adolescents and adults navigating complex life challenges. My clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relational and family dynamics, career stressors, and major life transitions. I take a trauma-informed approach, integrating evidence-based practices with a compassionate, collaborative style to foster meaningful growth.
