I am currently accepting new clients. My passion to work with others in a caring and sympathetic manner has been present my entire life and I have found my work as a therapist fills my cup each day. I enjoy working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, wounds from trauma, and difficult life stressors. Whether you are looking for healing from emotionally painful events, growth in your self-esteem, guidance as you set boundaries, improvement in your relationships, or ways to cope with your situation- I am here and ready to support as you explore, heal, and grow.
