I am Certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFT) if you desire to reconnect. I am Certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for shifting trauma and negative beliefs/behaviors. I also utilize Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) & Feeling State Addiction Protocol (FSAP). My passion is empowering individuals, couples and families to see their strengths as resources in life's challenges and to help shift patterns to more satisfying outcomes. I assist with relationship/couples counseling, family functioning, women's issues, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life transitions, trauma and parenting.
