Sometimes along our journeys we learn ways of thinking and feelings that aren’t most helpful to us later on in life. I offer an opportunity to consider unlearning what isn’t serving us and to find new ways of thinking. I create a safe space to process feelings and learn new skills. The work we do together will allow you to feel some relief, comfort, connection, the opportunity to experience positive feelings, and to sit with the hard ones. I am a warm and thoughtful psychotherapist with nearly 20 years of experience. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, disordered eating, body image dissatisfaction, trauma, and grief. I work extensively with runners and yogis. I offer an eclectic approach; integrating a host of theoretical orientations, mindfulness, compassion, and coping techniques.
