Hello, I am Laura Roland, a licensed mental health therapist with over 20 years of experience. I am very warm, direct, and caring, and create a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to begin or continue their healing journey. I am trained in Complex PTSD and telehealth EMDR. I am a Certified Informed Sexual Professional and I am continuing my education to obtain my Sex and Relationship certification. I work well with those struggling with anxiety, trauma, abuse, sexual abuse, veterans, relationship issues, and women's issues.
