I like to reinforce the power of self-care and find options and alternative coping skills to live more stress-free using, psychoeducation and mindfulness techniques. I understand the relationship between emotional and physical pain and can help you find ways to heal and live a more connected existence with yourself and others. I am also bilingual and can provide therapy in Spanish.
