People are complicated. Life can be challenging and all of us get stuck from time to time. My approach with clients is to sit with them as they process, learn, grow, and develop. My therapeutic approach focuses on validating, teaching, empathy, compassion, and confronting problematic thought processes and ideas. I seek to help my clients gain the tools they need to continue growing and developing throughout their lives. It’s my great privilege to walk with my clients on this journey. I am a trauma informed (EMDR trained) and insight-oriented therapist. For trauma work, I specialize in adults and cPTSD (complex PTSD).
