Giving so much of yourself to others- whether as a parent, partner, professional, or caregiver- can slowly lead to exhaustion and disconnection from your own wants and needs. This can leave you feeling emotionally drained, resentful, anxious, and burned out. Therapy is a place to slow down, gain clarity, and feel more whole- not just as the person everyone depends on, but as yourself. I specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting women navigating depression and anxiety during pregnancy, postpartum, and the early parenting years. I also work with adults navigating relationship issues, grief/loss, and stressful life changes.
