I tailor my approach to the HUMAN sitting in front of me and their needs. I aim to provide relational, comprehensive, anti-oppressive support to those throughout the state of California who are struggling. My belief is that our pain and dysfunction is rooted in or a symptom of both individualized experiences, as well as from sources beyond our control - institutionalized, systemic, generational, and contextual factors - weaved throughout each person’s story. I also consider collateral care alongside your treatment essential - I want to be connected with your team in your healing journey to give you the best, most well-rounded care. Currently, I provide individual, couples, and family therapy services to diverse client populations with an emphasis on those predisposed to disenfranchised and/or complex traumas & chronic stress, such as the military population, their dependents, 2SLGBTQ+ & BIPOC populations.
