Many people come to therapy because something feels stuck or unsettled, even when they appear to be functioning well. You may be managing daily life and responsibilities while internally feeling anxious, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps people move forward by building confidence, becoming more grounded, and reconnecting with themselves. My work is trauma-informed and integrates somatic, nervous system-based, and parts-based approaches. Together, we listen to internal experiences so that meaningful change becomes possible.
