I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in the San Jose, CA area. I have over 10 years of mental health experience from working outpatient with children, youth, and families to working primarily as a School Social Worker at a middle school. Most of my experience is working with adolescents but I have also worked with adults in an outpatient setting. I have experience using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and DBT. I specialize in working with adolescents with anxiety, depression, self-image, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and family conflict.
