I have extensive experience helping adults and adolescents through a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, recent losses, life transitions, and relationship problems. I am experienced in and passionate about providing affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals. I work collaboratively with my clients to help each person find the best approach unique to them.
