My role as a psychotherapist is to be a guide and facilitator, as I believe that everyone possesses the power to heal themselves within. Each one of us is already perfect regardless of whatever "mistakes" we make or problems we might view ourselves as having. We are all here to grow, and that usually involves strife and some degree of challenge. Working with these challenges, even learning to understand how they are serving us, frees us up and gives us the information we truly need to move forward.
