Hi there, I'm Laurel; a Licensed Professional Counselor with 17 years of experience. My speciality lies in supporting womxn who have a desire to integrate all parts of themselves, navigate life’s challenges with authenticity, and embrace the healing intelligence of the body. I use an integrated approach that works well for womxn who are in need of eating disorder recovery, divorce and relationship recovery, have experienced early religious trauma, gender and body-based discrimination, sexual trauma recovery and other emotional, mental, and spiritual health challenges faced by women in today's world. With a specialty in women's issues, I use an integrated approach that considers the whole system in the healing journey; both mind and body. Through modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Somatic Embodiment, Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and other experiential therapies, I gently support your own awakening of inner strength and worth.
