I believe in meeting clients where they are and I utilize a systemic approach to gain understanding of their story. My goal is to help clients of any race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation and immigration status feel safe, heard and accepted as they navigate the trials of life. I have truly seen the opportunities for growth and change and consider it a privilege to sit and share this season of life with my clients. I enjoy working with teenagers, adults, couples and families. I use a variety of treatment modalities so that I can meet the specific needs of my clients. I have over a decade of experience with counseling adolescents and their families through alcohol and drug issues, as well as the juvenile justice system. I am also trained in EMDR.
