Hello! I have over 25 years of experience counseling survivors of domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, and sex trafficking, as well as people dealing with PTSD, depression, chronic illness, and anxiety. I'm down to earth, practical, and non-judgmental. I love working with teens, young adults, adults, and folks in the LGBTQ community. I have a lot of experience working with people from all racial and socioeconomic backgrounds. I practice cultural humility and harm reduction and seek to support you to make whatever changes you are ready for. I will do my best to make you feel comfortable, while finding out more about your background, current challenges, and goals for therapy. I will tell you a bit about myself and see if you have any questions about the therapeutic process. I will seek to have you leave the session feeling like you have new tools to help yourself with your goals.
