My goal is to provide a safe and collaborative environment in which clients can fully express their identities, perspectives, challenges, and goals. Using a holistic framework, I aim to empower you in addressing your presenting concerns, developing self-insight, and building a toolkit of therapeutic skills to apply within your life. I specialize in supporting those navigating life transitions (i.e. academic adjustment, relationship concerns), anxiety disorders, trauma (including C-PTSD), and chronic illness and/or chronic pain. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodiversity affirming. I use an integrative approach including attachment-based therapy, somatic interventions, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I have experience with modalities tailored to chronic health conditions, including CBT-CP and ACT for chronic pain, and also offer mindfulness and body-based practices rooted in my training as a Registered Yoga Teacher (230 hours).
