Taking the first step toward your own healing or help for your teen can feel overwhelming, but with the right support it doesn't have to be. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and person-centered environment for each of my clients. My goal is to walk with you on this journey, empowering you or your teen to feel confident in making positive changes. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, body image, & spirituality/faith issues. I utilize an integrative, insight-based approach including narrative work, mindfulness, psychoeducation, somatic, & expressive techniques. We will work together to find the strategies that fit best for you or your teen.
