Would you like a safe place to explore who you are and where you want to be? In connecting with one another, we find healing, and open ourselves to who we really are. Sometimes it can feel that a diagnosis or set of circumstances has defined or labeled us and set us apart from others. Anxiety and depression; life transitions (such as loss of a loved one, relationship issues, or personal changes); childhood or other traumas: these are often at the root of feeling isolated or misunderstood. Reach out, when ready, and together we will look for the meaning within these experiences to find your heart's path. I offer Life Consulting and Counseling...Treatment methods are many (some old, some newer or re-invented ideas). Yet the most important component to healing is the healing relationship. Broken trust is at the core of most issues. Building a trusting connection in therapy leads to healed connections to self and others. This concept guides my practice.
