My ideal client is someone who looks capable and self-aware on the outside, but inside feels confused, hurt, or stuck in their relationships. They care deeply about connection, yet find themselves repeating the same painful dynamics, different partner, same pattern. Or they’re in a long-term relationship that matters to them, but communication keeps breaking down and the same arguments play on repeat.
