I work with clients who are struggling with various kinds of suffering-- including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and the more ordinary experiences of navigating life's challenges, losses, and transitions. I offer support and tools for staying with difficult emotions, and generating kindness and curiosity towards all kinds of experience. Together, we find more space to breathe and grow through these challenges. I work with adults, adolescents, and diverse populations of all kinds. I bring my lived experiences of working with my own challenges to my practice of supporting others.
