Hi! I’m Lauren. I’ve been practicing therapy for over 14 years and I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with so many amazing clients. Seeing the growth and awareness that happens in this process is truly remarkable and rewarding for everyone involved. My clients most often come to therapy repeating patterns that they realize are no longer working for them. Both individually and in relationships. My job is to help you identify patterns, to better understand yourself and to give you ways to adjust while staying true to who you are. There are a variety of ways to do this, and each session is geared exactly to your needs.
