Beginning therapy can feel like a challenging process, so I am happy to help ease the process in any way that I can. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adult clients to feel more comfortable accessing and working through their emotional and cognitive processing in hopes of strengthening coping skills and practicing authentic self-reflection. My therapeutic and humanistic approach focuses on encouraging agency, supporting goals, and facilitating healing. I believe that a thoughtful and psychodynamic process of individualized or group art therapy creates a space for safe emotional and creative exploration.
