I specialize in adult and young adult issues, especially, LGBTQ, ENM/polyamorous and kinky concerns, ADHD/neurodivergence, depression and anxiety. I believe in treating underlying causes and improving symptoms rather than labeling them. I emphasize genuineness and enjoy helping clients discover their true selves and learn to live their best and most authentic lives. While ensuring that I provide clients a safe and trusting place to work through serious difficulties, I also try to bring a lot of humor and sarcasm into session as a means of making therapy less intense and more interactive.
