As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have many years of clinical and private practice experience with children and adults. I counsel individuals, couples, families, and groups to promote optimum mental and emotional health. I enjoy helping individuals, couples, families, and groups develop a personal and/or developmental plan to implement positive influences in their life, while evaluating broad or specific issues such as: addictions, substance abuse, family dynamics, parenting, marital problems, stress management, self-esteem, aging, as well as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
