Lauren is an experienced and empathetic therapist dedicated to guiding individuals through their healing journey. Lauren graduated with her Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Iowa, and went on to receive her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa in 2009. As a Licensed Independent practitioner, Lauren utilizes research-based therapeutic interventions, including EMDR and IFS to support others in finding their path to coping and healing. She is passionate about helping to build self-awareness, hope, courage and wisdom.
