I believe that the populations I am most skilled in treating are those who are experiencing life adjustments and transitions in which they would benefit from support and guidance while navigating these circumstances. A majority of the population I treat additionally report anxious and/or depressive symptoms. I would consider myself relatable and down to earth and am most concerned about my client's comfortability within the treatment process. I am also passionate and experienced with exploring one's relationship with substances.
