Hi! I'm Savannah, a relational and attachment focused therapist who is passionate about supporting kids, teens and adults on their journeys of healing from trauma, eating disorders, body image issues, athletic performance, grief and life transitions. Our unique experiences color how we perceive the world, perhaps leading us to feel confused, lost, looking for control or striving for perfection. It is exhausting to feel burnt-out, anxious, lost or unworthy. I am here to tell you there is hope to move out of this survival state- let's tap into your strengths and create a collaborative and integrative space to heal together.
