If you are someone attempting to enhance your self-compassion and connect to your true self, I am here. Human beings are dynamic and unique and gain various wounds through interacting with the world and systems of oppression and internalized biases that can leave us with trauma. Often, we do not have the space to heal and grow from those traumas. I am here as a therapist to help create a space that allows you to connect or reconnect to grow
