My name is Lauren Bose and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from Aurora University. I like to assist others in overcoming obstacles to achieve their goals. Many times stress, anxiety and depression can make us feel like we can’t. I like to help others realize that they can! As a Christian Therapist my faith informs my approach, but I have worked with individuals from many different backgrounds and invite all into the therapeutic space. My approach is to foster a safe environment that is non-judgmental, empathetic and educational. I find it important to draw on your strengths and provide coping skills to help you reach your desired therapy outcomes.
