I provide a warm and empathic therapy space for teens, young women, & parents. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach focusing on my client’s direct clinical needs. I include therapy modalities such as DBT, Mindfulness, attachment, relational, play&movement. I provide therapy to those experiencing symptoms related to Depression, Anxiety, self-esteem, future planning, relationship issues, grief, life transitions, or gender or sexual identity.
