My goal is to help you understand your thoughts and feelings better to find confidence, inner-strength, and happiness. I want to help you recognize the “Power Within.” Through my broad scope of training and education, I've developed a practice style that is conversational, relational, and focuses on strengths. I draw from therapeutic modalities that are rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, EMDR and Mindfulness.
