Healing comes from within. I work from an intergenerational approach to address the many factors that lead to who we are and how experiences affect us all uniquely. I believe that trust, honesty and empathy are the foundations of all healthy relationships and will always provide a safe place for healing. All of us are unique, our experiences are all pieces of who we are. I use multiple evidence based approaches to aid in healing. I have experience working with diverse populations and families of all compositions. I work with all ages and specialize in trauma, family dynamics/relationships, severe mental illness and neurodivergence.
