Life is full of twists and turns that can create baggage (Trauma, Family conflict, Stress & Anxiety, Depression, Unexpected life circumstances & Changes, Life Transition & Growing pains) amongst the beauty of your life. We all have flaws. But we need to accept that we are worth loving and worthy of hope and healing. This starts with unpacking your story, and finding your truth in the process. It is my honor to walk along side you, assisting in this process of healing and gaining strength within your story and life. FYI- I am walking distance from Hope College!
