Over the years, I’ve supported young people across many different settings, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral struggles, low self-worth, and other emotional or psychological concerns. Primarily working with youth, teenagers, young adults, and family systems, my approach is highly collaborative—I believe therapy is most effective when parents and guardians are actively involved. Together, we work to strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and create healthier, more connected family relationships.
