About
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. I have been providing direct therapy since 2012. I have experience in the mental health field in office based therapy, school-based therapy, non-profits, community mental health, enrichment classes, and group homes since 2009. I have specialized experience working with many types of mental health, emotional and behavioral issues. I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, impulse control disorders, ADHD, depression, life transitions, adjustment disorders and stress. During our first session I go over confidentiality, expectations, and any questions that you have for me. I let my client's know what type of therapist I am and how my sessions typically flow. The first session is our intake so there are many questions but at any point you can skip questions or come back to them.
