I specialize in treating children (age 8+), adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma symptoms. I am here as a support to collaborate with you to establish a goal or goals to meet your needs. I have experience treating childhood trauma and have a certification in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy to assist children in processing their traumatic experience in a healthy and non-damaging way.
