I support adolescents and adults through anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I specialize in working with high-achieving, constantly thinking, people-pleasing clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or burnt out from holding it all together. My background in intensive, family-systems–focused work allows me to meet complex concerns with depth and clarity. My style is collaborative, authentic, and direct—helping you break patterns, set boundaries without guilt, and create change that actually lasts. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I specialize in working with folks that are struggling with life changes and transitions, often times accompanied with anxiety, depression, or a general sense of overwhelm. I also work with those looking to soften their perfectionist tendencies and work towards a more mindful attitude of "progress not perfection".
