I specialize in providing LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, and working with those who have been impacted by acute or complex trauma, ADHD and anxiety. I recognize that you are the expert of your own experiences, and believe my role is to help you feel seen, understood, and celebrated. We will work together, and at your own pace, to explore the ongoing impact of past experiences, address current challenges, and reimagine possibilities for your future self.
