I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the San Fernando Valley in Southern California. At some point in our lives, we all require the needed support, guidance, and a space to talk about our challenges and stressors. Therapy is a good way to explore underlying issues, develop coping strategies, and gain insight and self-awareness to help you grow and be the best version of your authentic yourself. My approach to therapy is individualized and varies off on the needs of each of my clients. I like to treat every session as an opportunity for progress to be made. I implement an assortment of approaches to meet the needs.
