Welcome, I am glad you are here! I am Lauren and I am a therapist specializing in working with children, pre-teens and teens. I work with a variety of issues/topics including: neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism, PDA), depression, anxiety, academic issues, bullying/peer issues, trauma and family relationships. I work with the LGBTQIA+ community and enjoy working with teens who are questioning or exploring sexuality or gender identity. I am a neurodiversity affirming provider, which means that I do not believe that ADHD or Autism/ PDA are disorders, rather neurological differences. Once we can understand how our brains work and what our needs are, this can be incredibly empowering! As a neurodivergent therapist, I have a passion for affirming care.
