I enjoy working with children, teens, or adult women who feels overwhelmed by anxiety, big emotions, or life changes. They may struggle with panic, emotional regulation, or finding healthy ways to cope. They want to feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of their emotions. Most of all, they’re seeking a safe space to be understood, supported, and guided toward growth and healing.
