I help women and teen girls who are hidden, passive and lacking their authenticity come out of hiding through vulnerability, transparency and radical acceptance. My work focuses on identifying unhealthy thought patterns & mental blocks. My work also involves teaching skills to assist you with improving communication, building confidence & healthy relationships. I also use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients safely process and heal from trauma and distressing life experiences.
