I believe in the power of relationship in therapy and strive to create a safe space for every person that walks through my door. Whether you are experiencing a personal, emotional, or relational challenge, it takes courage to embark on a reflective journey. Through an insight-oriented holistic approach, my focus is to support and promote autonomy in our collaborative work. I provide individual, relational/couple, and family therapy for folks 16+. I am committed to providing inclusive, sex-positive, justice-oriented, and affirming care that values and respects all clients lived experiences.
