Hey there, I’m Lauren and most of my work is done with individuals and couples who are looking to grow to better understand themselves in order to move forward. Most of my clients come to me feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected. They want more out of their life but find themselves stuck in the past, isolating from others and unsure of themselves. They crave healthy relationships and they are ready to make a change, but they fear being hurt. They are ready to recover from their past and expand their inner resources.
